Magnificent miniature oil by Vivian Hollan Swain. Who is Vivian Hollan? She was an “American Impressionist Artist” who for 30 years lived on her estate in Windrush Santa Fe, Texas. She was known as ‘Little Miss Monet’ because her paintings are thought to look so much like Claude Monet. At the age of 10, her first painting was displayed at the Houston Art Museum of Fine Arts.
