Once TruffleandFig has confirmation from USPS or UPS, as to what steps need to be done to process the claim. i.e. Picking up the item or items, and photo's. TruffleandFig will only then proceed with the refund once the required information is fulfilled. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days, holidays permitting.
Should a buyer run into a problem due to breakage of shipping, save all packing materials with photos, and contact TruffleandFig as soon as possible. TruffleandFig will contact USPS/UPS to attain reimbursement for damaged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have questions on Etsy's process they have advised to call 844-659-3879.
