About the Art…
This pristine piece, is no doubt an homage to Marüshka art.
For those who remember the 70s & 80s …the legacy of Marüshka instantly evokes a specific time period. Which is why these prints are popping up in hip Apartment Therapy tours, and why obsessive young collectors have emerged, some even forming blogs.
Starting in 1974, the Michigan-based company Marüshka produced ready-to-hang wall art in a bold, simple graphic style reminiscent of Japanese wood block prints, pop art & Mid-Century Modern textiles.
Attributed mostly by Alexander Girard whom designed for Herman Miller, and Marimekko.
Marüshka, linen or cotton canvas would be silkscreened by hand, stretched, and fitted to a wood frame.
This Mid-Century art is of this fabulous movement in MCM Art history.

TruffleandFig will only then proceed with the refund once the required information is fulfilled. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days, holidays permitting.
Should a buyer run into a problem due to breakage of shipping, save all packing materials with photos, and contact TruffleandFig as soon as possible. TruffleandFig will contact USPS/UPS to attain reimbursement for damaged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have questions on Etsy's process they have advised to call 844-659-3879.
