Gorgeous French yellow majolica plates, by Salins les Bains.
More of a French ochre...these gorgeous antique dessert plates have beautiful embossing of various fruits.
Two with grapes, one olive, and one tomato. These are wonderful for one’s majolica collection or plate wall.
In beautiful condition, 3 plates have imperfections on backside, all bear typical crazing.

A brief history of Salins, according to the web…
The earthenware producer Salins was established in 1857 in Salins-les-Bains in Lorraine, near the border of Switzerland.
The site of an old convent, with its surrounding premises converted to a Fäience pottery studio.
