TruffleandFig will then proceed with the refund once the required information is fulfilled. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days, holidays permitting. Should a buyer run into a problem due to breakage of shipping, save all packing materials and contact TruffleandFig as soon as possible. TruffleandFig will contact USPS to attain reimbursement for damaged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have questions on Etsy's process they have advised to call 844-659-3879. TruffleandFig ships first class and priority. TruffleandFig provides tracking with all purchases. Apartments, condos, businesses will require a signature confirmation.
