Etsy does not hold the seller responsible for things that are damaged by a third party i.e. USPS or UPS. TruffleandFig needs to go through the insurance process. Once TruffleandFig has confirmation from the USPS or UPS, as what steps need to be done to process the claim. i.e. Picking up the item or items, and photo's if needed. TruffleandFig will then proceed with the refund once the required information is fulfilled. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days, holidays permitting. Should a buyer run into a problem due to breakage of shipping, save all packing materials and contact TruffleandFig as soon as possible. TruffleandFig will contact USPS to attain reimbursement for damaged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have questions on Etsy's process they have advised to call 844-659-3879. TruffleandFig ships first class and priority. TruffleandFig provides tracking with all purchases. Apartments, condos, businesses will require a signature confirmation. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a correct and current address. Insufficient addresses (return) will be the buyers responsibility for additional fees. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or "Custom Listings" i.e. Buyers requests for discounts or free shipping. All sales are final.
