Instructions for opening and closing is straightforward, as shown in second video. When opening, it is important to add a little pressure on bars, for the lock mechanism to hook together to create a taught seat.

TruffleandFig will only then proceed with the refund once the required information is fulfilled. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days, holidays permitting.
Should a buyer run into a problem due to breakage of shipping, save all packing materials with photos, and contact TruffleandFig as soon as possible.
